Sprinkler Stand

Materials/Tools:

• 1/2" schedule 40 PVC Pipe
• 4-SS 90 1/2" PVC Ell
• 1- ST 1/2" PVC Ell
• 1-S x FHT Adapter
• PVC Cement (small can)
• 1-Pop up or small rotor sprinkler
• 1-1/2 PVC Close Nipple
• Teflon Tape

This a good project to have the students determine a design (how big should it be), make a sketch, determine pipe lengths, then build.  Protect surfaces from spilled glue.  Paint is optional but will prevent pipe from discoloration.
