Methods:

  • Read the rope units units in the text book(s) you are using.
  • Go to a builder supply or hardware store and  obtain scrap pieces of the various types of rope and chain.  to use as props while teaching this unit.
  • Be sure you are comfortable tying the knots you will be demonstrating to your class.
