UNIT GOAL:  Students will understand the major points of law as applied to
            an agricultural enterprise.

UNIT OBJECTIVES:  Upon completion of this unit, the students will be able
                  to:

1.  Identify major farm laws and their purposes.

2.  List the purposes and components of a farm lease.

3.  List the characteristics of liability laws as they relate to agriculture.

4.  Describe the property rights of agricultural landowners.
