Download the setup file using the link below.  Install the program by running the setup program.    Use the configure button to create a copy of the program configured for a specific contest. The setup program contains the tabulations program, special fonts for materials, and documentation. 

NOTE:  When installing you may get an error when installing the fonts (TTF files).  If you have not previously installed the fonts on the computer, try "run as administrator".   If you have a previous version on the computer or do not need to print materials you may safely ignore the error.
